About the founder

    My name is Benny  Benayahu Seren, and I'm the founder of Kosher Extreme. My journey began with a passion for cooking, leading me to become a trained chef in 2006.

    A transformative year in a Jerusalem's yeshiva (2009) deepened my Jewish roots and ignited a new sense of purpose. 

In 2012 I met my mentor, a renowned kosher consultant, Rav Leibel Miller. He introduced me to the complex world of kashrut for destination events.

Thanks to his guidance, mentorship and trust, I have been able to go a long way in this industry, positioning myself as one of the best and most trusted

In 2014, thanks to his recommendation, I passed an intensive kashrut course with Kosher Miami and ORB from Broward county, Fl. 

As a seasoned traveler, pro-chef and kosher enthusiast, I recognized the necessity of bringing reliable kosher solutions for explorers venturing to exotic destinations anywhere in the planet. This inspired me to establish Kosher Extreme.

"I founded Kosher Extreme to bridge the gap between kosher observance and global exploration. I want to empower fellow travelers to maintain their sacred traditions, no matter where their journey take them."

Currently and since december 2024, I'm furthering my Jewish studies as a Semicha program candidate though Lemaan Ilmedú spanish program. Thanks to them I have been expanding my knowledge and expertise in kashrut and shabbat laws (Halachot) and the application of these in the real world.

My story is one of exploration, growth, and a dedication to Jewish observance.
